My Caj-Mex Rice — the Real Deal

Here’s a photo of the Caj-Mex Rice I made this evening.  No Andouille sausage in this one, but there was plenty of shrimp … and Cajun spice!  Ooooooooeeeeeeee!  And chili peppers!  Arrrrrrriba!
